Policy Overview

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and supported if something doesn’t work out. Pink Stork offers refunds on eligible purchases made within 60 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms outlined below. Eligibility for refunds, returns, and exchanges is determined solely by the requirements described in this policy. 

This policy applies to purchases made directly through pinkstork.com. If more than one policy condition applies to a request, the most restrictive condition will apply. Pink Stork reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet this policy.

Orders placed through authorized third-party retailers or marketplaces are subject to the refund, return, and exchange policies of the original retailer. While the product may be a Pink Stork product, the point of purchase determines how refunds are handled.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.

  • A valid order number is provided and verified.

Orders that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards

  • Items explicitly labeled as final sale at the time of purchase

These exclusions apply regardless of condition, reason for request, or time since purchase, and are not overridden by the happiness guarantee.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for eligible purchases that meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Most refunds do not require a return. In certain cases, a return may be required.

Refunds are processed after eligibility is confirmed. Once processed, it may take several (2-10) business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Returns

In some cases, a return may be required to complete a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Items returned outside the eligibility window are not accepted.

If a return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to defective or damaged items only.

  • Exchanges are issued for the same item only.

  • Requests for exchanges must meet all eligibility requirements.

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Proof of damage upon arrival may be required for an exchange.

All exchange requests are reviewed individually.

Refund Timing & Delays

Once a refund is approved and processed, the funds are released to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 2–10 business days, though processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.

If a refund does not appear immediately, this does not necessarily indicate an issue. Posting times may vary after processing is complete.

Policy Authority

This policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise required by law. Pink Stork reserves the right to modify, limit, or deny refunds, returns, or exchanges at its discretion.

Where multiple policy conditions apply, the most restrictive condition governs eligibility. This policy is subject to change without notice.

This policy constitutes the full and controlling return, refund, and exchange policy unless otherwise required by law.
