What is the difference between folate and folic acid in your supplements?Updated 2 months ago

Folate is the naturally occurring form of vitamin B9, while folic acid is the synthetic version. Most of our products use methylated folate, which is the more bioavailable form of vitamin B9. Many people, both men and women, have difficulty processing folic acid due to a genetic variant. Our folate cuts out the "middleman" by providing the most bioavailable form that is easily absorbed by the body.

As always, we recommend consulting with your doctor to determine which option is best for your health and needs.
