Order processing
Processing is the time it takes to prepare an order before it leaves the warehouse. PinkStork.com orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, or U.S. holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume or warehouse closures. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time.
Delivery after shipment
Delivery timing starts when the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery time varies based on the shipping method, destination, and carrier operations. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Total delivery time includes both processing and carrier transit:
- Processing: The order is prepared and packed, typically within 1–3 business days.
- Shipment handoff: The package is transferred to the carrier.
- In transit: The carrier transports the package.
- Delivered: The carrier marks the package as delivered.
