Tracking your shipmentUpdated 2 days ago

Where to find tracking information

Tracking information is emailed after your order is placed. You may also be able to view tracking details through the order management tools on our website.

When tracking updates

Tracking becomes active after a shipping label is created and scanned by the carrier. A label-created message or a period with little or no movement does not always mean the package is moving through the carrier's network. Scans may not appear immediately after pickup, and gaps in tracking updates can be normal during transit.

Carrier delays

Weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other carrier operations can delay delivery. Once your order leaves the Pink Stork warehouse, the carrier manages transit scans, routing, and delivery timing. Pink Stork cannot control carrier movement, scan frequency, or delivery schedules.

If tracking says your package was delivered but you cannot find it, see Package marked delivered or missing.
